Agricultural Development and Economic Integration in Latin America

<p>First published in 1970 this study is concerned with both the theoretical and the practical problems involved with agricultural development and economic integration in Latin America with particular emphasis on those countries which are embraced by the Latin American Free Trade Association.The work falls into three parts: the agricultural development of the region; a consideration of how the creation of a common market might influence the pattern of agricultural development and trade within the region; and a brief history of the Latin American Free Trade Association with special reference to agriculture.</p>
