The monograph presents the results of research conducted in the Carpathian region of Ukraine which established the patterns of changes in the humus content of light-gray forest surface-gleyed soil under different systems of fertilizers and liming; the results of research on the impact of tillage and green fertilization systems on the physico-chemical agrochemical and biological properties of gray forest soil are summarized; regularities of growth and development of winter wheat and formation of its seed productivity are established; the influence of meteorological factors on the degree of damage to winter barley cultivars by the main diseases is shown; the relationship between the productivity of meadow clover and its structural elements between the productivity of the Galega orientalis L. and the indicators of crop formation; the influence of fertilizer on productivity and quality of clover-thyme mixture was established. The monograph highlights the dynamics of live weight and average daily gains of heifers; body measurements of first-born cows and their milk productivity were studied; the effectiveness of probiotic preparation in ensiling a high-moisture mixture of annual forage grasses was studied.
