AGRONOMIC PRACTICES AND CONSTRAINTS IN POTATO PRODUCTION MBALA-ZAMBIA

This book ''Agronomic practices and production constraints among potato small-scale farmers in Mbala Northern Zambia'' highlights the findings from a participatory assessment on cultivation and crop management constraints gender segregation crop varieties and seed acquisition post-harvest storage and marketing of potatoes. The book is also a valuable resource for farmers students and extension workers as it highlights the adaptive strategies adopted by small-scale potato farmers in view of climate change. Ultimately the book brings to the fore the better recommended cultural practices for potato growing in Zambia as explained in the eighth chapter.
