He is licenced to teach Stillness Meditation Therapy and is a (teaching) member of Meditation Australia. He is also a Primal Health Coach and utilises the principles of the Egoscue method.</p><p>In 1984 Bruhn attended Ainslie Meares' meditation classes for nearly 12 months. After a painful injury in 2011 he spent several years studying began to write about and teach Meares' method. His first book <u>Ainslie Meares on Meditation</u> includes a biography of Meares Relief Without Drugs* &amp; 30+ sample poems by Meares. It also summarises Meares'&nbsp;refined Stillness Meditation method.</p><p>His second book <u>A Key To The Books of Ainslie Meares</u> is soon to be published. He is currently working on a third book that integrates Meares' method with core ideas of the evolutionary health movement.</p><p>Bruhn lives with family and dogs in Melbourne.
