Air pollution impact assessment for a unit in Adana Industrial Complex

This book presents the findings of a research project regarding the pollution impact assessment on the populations of the cities of Tarsus and Adana (in Turkey) from the operation of a typical polluting unit in 6 candidate sites located along the highway E90 connecting the above cities. In the first part of the book the theoretical background of the employed methodology is presented. In the second part of it the meteorological profile of the Adana-Tarsus area on a monthly and annual basis is presented. The third part of it analyzes the time distribution of population exposure to dangerous accepted but not satisfactory low and very low pollutants concentration levels on a monthly and annual basis.
