<p>AITAREYOPANISHAD gives an insight of a jnani. in Geeta a jnani is neither exhilarated when he gets pleasant objects nor feels disappointed when he obtains unpleasant objects. His mind is fixed on Brahman and not on wealth or worldly pleasures. So he has the equanimity to serenely accept pleasure and pain. He is always in samam Brahma and bliss. He remains balanced always with a sense of equipoise which cannot be shattered easily. This state can be reached only in a brahmavid brahma‡i sthitaḥ. His intellect is always fixed on Brahman and has reached the level of Paramahamsa. To get this status study of this upanishad helps a sadhaka to achive his goal.</p>
