Alaine and the Train

<p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>This story was originally written by my maternal grandmother</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>Norma (Nana) whose imagination and creativity brought this</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>beautiful children's tale to life many years ago. Although the</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>manuscript spent years tucked away in a drawer my mom Alaine</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>-Norma's only daughter-always knew it was there. The story was</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>a heartfelt token of love from Norma to Alaine a reflection of</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>their deep bond.</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>Though Nana never had the chance to publish her work I am</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>honored to share it with the world to keep her memory alive and</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>to celebrate the love she poured into this story. I Jennifer</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>have lovingly refreshed the manuscript and created the</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>illustration outline to bring Nana's words into a new generation.</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>Together-despite being decades apart-we have created a</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>meaningful work of art that blends her timeless storytelling with</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>my vision and care. This book is a celebration of our connection</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 1 1 1)>her legacy and the enduring magic of family creativity.</span></p>
