ALARMING INCREASE IN DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY CASES

There has been a documented increase in cases of depression and anxiety with various factors contributing to this rise. Covid-19 pandemic triggered 25% increase in prevalence of anxiety and depression worldwide. Increase in social isolation and loneliness are major risk factors for depression and anxiety.
