Alastor

<p>Alastor. That is what I named my anxiety my mental illness. To help cope with the many thoughts Alastor filled my brain with I started to write. The pages you will read are very personal words of mine directed to those who also struggle so hopefully they will feel less alone. But they are also how I interpret the many things that come with life. This book is a doorway into my mind a teenage girl with anxiety.</p>
