Algebraic Construction of Binary Quantum Stabilizer Codes

In this book at first a method for constructing of the binary quantum stabilizer codes is given where the construction is based on Abelian and non-Abelian groups association schemes. For Abelian group association schemes the binary quantum stabilizer codes with any distance are given by using the commutative structure of association schemes. Then we present four classes of binary quantum codes with minimum distance three and four.These codes are constructed based on selfdual orientable embeddings of the complete multipartite graphs.
