All Gone

<p>This book was written by Soul Trade #3 main character Evelyn Freeman as a part of a capstone project for a writing class she takes before the events of book three begin. This work is important to share because in writing these poems she starts to become more self-aware of the scars she carries and that impacts what happens next...</p><p> </p><p>Evelyn writes- </p><p> </p><p>Dear Dr. Jane Caldwell</p><p> This is my capstone project created from the perspective of contemporary artist and dancer Summer Cody based on her work My Life As A Ghost. Summer justified her creations by saying-</p><p>As a ghost I feel that there is not adequate representation of people like me. People with complex identities and deep physical emotional and intergenerational wounds that have been unaddressed; people who have survived a traumatic event moved to the After life and then feel forgotten by those around them. Those people are people like me...and together we are ghosts. I hope my work provides comfort so that they know...that we know we are not alone. </p><p>This capstone is a poetry book that expresses my understanding of the expressions of her experience.
