All that glows has fire inside

Growth is hard and sometimes painful but it is worth it. I have found that it often comes through feeling and sitting with a range of emotions and accepting them for what they are; fleeting. This book is a collection of little moments in time filled with big emotions. Some were felt some were a stretch of my imagination but none were permanent. Such is the beauty of life. So move like a river and enjoy the view. You cant hold on to water but for a moment you can choose to reach out and feel it.
