<p>Can you imagine a government determined upon the mass</p><p>slaughter of its own people?</p><p><br></p><p>Thomas Davenport is invited to design a magnificent</p><p>new house. He employs</p><p>a host of evildoers including his assistant Alfie Rose and his</p><p>one-time bosses Cartwright and Ferguson.
