Amanita's Journey

Amanita is a special girl able to talk to animals who mysteriously ends up on an adventure with her pet snake Sly. On the course of their travels they make friends who join them and meet others who share stories of the difficulties and struggles in their lives. These friends include a various array of North American animals. These stories lightly explore various social issues with a message of acceptance and inclusion for all. Working together as a family inspired by eight year old Nya this book is the first in the Amanita series. Her Auntie writes the books her mother edits them and Nya creates the characters and guides the story. They hope one day to make a living from their passion for storytelling. Amanita's Voyage will be released September 2017!
