AMENDE - The Stream Water

It is a quiet evening in Okpujie village; the sun has disappeared from the sky allowing the moon to dominate the village blue sky. The incoming noise is intense and it coming from all the inhabitants of Okpujie returning from the village square. Amende is a tale based on a dual process of re-pair: one by Nature and the other by human be-ings. From the outset the title and the subtitle suggest us this two-fold interpretation. The story is also a journey of exploration of one-self in search of an honest answer to unheard questions a journey which brings us to connect to our own roots in search of that missing piece that closes our microcosmic puzzle.
