An analyses of the effects of humanitarian programmes on a population affected by a crises using the result based management approach

Those affected by a crisis in Communitites have to be implicated during the planning and execution of these humanitarian programmes in their communities. So that at the end of the intervention they can be autonomous and thus is development of those communities.
