An analysis of rates of absences in DEXTEL TRANSPORT LTD.

It is widely believed that there has been a decline in the performance of some companies in the past few years. This trend is occasioned by the incidence of different forms of unproductive behaviors particularly absenteeism among employees. To tackle the problem a summary table was drowned to give an overall picture of absenteeism in the various job categories which were then split further into job titles.
