An Econometric Analysis of Technology Impact on Commercial Crops

It’s a regional analysis of Andhra Pradesh for groundnut and sugarcane commercial crops for Pre-green revolution period (1960-71) and Post-green revolution period (1971-2001) in Rayalaseema Coastal Andhra and Telanga regions of Andhra Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh State as a whole. Book designed into eight chapters Fist and Second Chapters are carry out empirical study of growth and performance of agriculture role of commercial crops and technological changes in agriculture in Indian and Andhra Pradesh respectively. Objectives and Methodology were presented in third chapter. The estimations of Linear and Compound growth rates of groundnut and sugarcane crops analysis were studied in fourth chapter. Multiple regression analysis of Area Production and Yield responses for groundnut and sugarcane crops at regional level were discussed in fifth Sixth and Seventh chapters respectively and Conclusion were discussed in last Chapter.
