A river is a force flowing as a result of the actions of nature. Fraud is a force flowing as a result of the intentional actions of someone. Unlike the fraudster the river has no ulterior motive. Nevertheless rivers and fraud both have their initiating source but where? Finding the source of a specific river is a physical undertaking.
