An Innovative Preschool Teacher

An innovative teacher is constantly looking for new opportunities. A professional education is not enough; an innovative teacher must be creative communicative empathetic understanding and what's more highly motivated. Environment and Human desire for creativity constantly set the teacher to face new challenges. In Slovenia there is still a lot of space for innovation and creativity in the area of pre-school education and further education. I see innovation as an incentive for creativity thinking outside of established patterns. That is why I found my creativity in making didactic toys. By designing didactic toys I want to present my innovation and develop my artistic talent. This led me to realize that educators are the best experts in terms of the choice of toys due to necessary knowledge about children's development we also know their needs and interests as well. What is more we spend with them the most quality part of the day.
