It emphasizes the integration of legal text with machine-readable data and executable logic as a solution to inefficiencies in contract management. It also explores the application of large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) for computable contracts. A new maturity model gives a roadmap that emphasizes progressive stages of technological integration and sophistication providing a structured approach for organizations to adopt and evolve their contract management systems. The book is presented by Accord Project a non-profit initiative developing an ecosystem and open-source tools for computable contracts.
