An Islamic Perspective on Management

He emphasized the importance of prioritizing critical matters without neglecting minor ones comparing this balance to managing a river's flow to avoid overflow. He highlighted the need for effective delegation daily planning and review rewarding good work and consulting advisors for well-considered decisions as well as the importance of disciplining negligence.</span></p>
