An Overview of Fluorescent Organic Nanoparticles (FONPs).

The nanoparticles exhibit enhanced physical properties due to aggregation phenomenon. The intense enhanced fluorescence of organic nanoparticles is of immense importance for the applications in fluorescent nanosensor optical devices nanomedicine bioimaging and drug delivery. Therefore the fluorescence of organic materials and the characteristic features related to structure of molecule electronic configuration and environment has been reviewed in this book.
