An Unruly Imagination

<p>During the pandemic I sat down to write a new cabaret show I wanted to call Time Flies. The show got longer and longer before I realized that I was really writing my memoirs. Writing kept me sane during that long time of isolation. Thank goodness for creativity!</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>It started with one of my earliest memories and as I went along I realized that my life had spanned decades full of memories-from watching our cook Thomas plow a field harvesting corn in 1930s Atlanta to now being a proud mother and grandmother.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>These are the stories of the things that pushed me pulled me hurt me and taught me.</p>
