Analysis of Article 133 of the Code of Childhood and Adolescence

The need for an immediate reform to the mentioned article to be able to reform and enter in equal conditions if we are talking about protecting the best interest of the minor not only of the minor for whom alimony is claimed but equal conditions with the children who are outside of this judicial process since they are at a disadvantage when a reduction of alimony is made effective from the resolution of the same.
