This book covers the impact of CSR practices across six key areas—society environment employees customers government and economy—on employees' organizational commitment and performance in Chennai’s oil and petrochemical industry using multiple regression analysis. It fills a critical gap by presenting an empirically supported model linking CSR practices to employee commitment and performance tailored specifically for this sector. The findings provide HR managers and CSR executives with data-driven insights to design effective CSR strategies and incentive structures that enhance employee commitment while aligning internal operations with external community needs.
