In Niger gender-based violence (GBV) is a phenomenon that is becoming increasingly widespread in the various regions. As a result despite the government's efforts GBV continues to claim victims. Faced with the scale of the phenomenon and its consequences the government and its partners are mobilizing. This research work focuses on the contribution of the NGO SongES Niger through the strategy of the Ecoles des Maris project to the fight against GBV in the villages of Sona and Kokomani (Commune of Kourthéye Tillabéry Region).
