Analysis of the logistic processes of a Brazilian company

The work presented here is the result of a qualitative research carried out using the case study method with the objective of analyzing the logistic processes of a small exporting industry from its foundation in 1998 to the present day with the objective of presenting an overview of these logistic processes over the years and the development of analysis tools for other companies. The logistic processes investigated were: transportation stock control order processing storage material handling packaging obtaining product scheduling information maintenance and reverse logistics.
