A very well written textbook which is adequate. This book provides a widely useful compilation of ideas cases innovative approaches and practical strategies related to hospitality industry and is surely going to give a sneak peek to the reader in the dynamic world of hospitality.  Overall this book offers students of hotel management a concrete useful and in-depth look at ways to design implement and evaluate a major resource in their learning of the industry. Clearly written well organized and enormously. His career spans almost 40 years covering areas like Hotel Operations Sales & Marketing and Teaching / Training in Hotel Management &Tourism. Prof Debashish Dasgupta is alumnae IHM Kolkata (of 1979 batch) Former Senior Faculty Durgapur Society for Management Studies (DSMS) Durgapur (WB). His career span is almost 35 years and covers various industrial organizations and academic institutions. He has been a senior faculty member (F&B Service) in DSMS Durgapur.
