Finally the final part of the book presents Iran Arabia and African laws and diplomacy which hinge on the exploration of oil and gas through this vast arena and where principles of laws norms and philosophy come to the fore and from which no derogation is permitted as corporate company national laws legislation and humanitarian laws.
