Animal Faces & Alphabet Colors is a collection of four short stories for K-3 readers beginning with easy reading and becoming a little harder with each story. These stories bring a childs imagination to life as they learn to read and enjoy the pictures. -I Like To Chew- Puppies are soft and playful but they like to chew the best of all. -Animal Land- Animals rule a small island and Larry the lion is their king. All of the animals could talk but when a couple of odd visitors invaded the island something very strange happens to them. -The Best Birthday Ever- An ABC story Allie is excited about her birthday and turning 9 years old but when something gets in the way of her celebration she thinks her birthday is ruined. -Autumn Leaves- A myth Have you ever wondered where leaves get their color? Autumn was a very beautiful girl who wore bright colored dresses. Everyone loved her except for Summer. Summer was extremely jealous of Autumn and decided she had to get rid of her.
