Animals and crime films

Anne Simon is cited in the Animals Studies movement for her recognized work on the literature involved in contemporary redefinitions of the living. What can we say about bestiary studies in crime films? Through a limited selection we'll be looking at how the animal figure appears in the image. How are they characterized? And what are its different postures? In fact our reflection will highlight an animal variety based on an aesthetic of noir a salient feature of the genre.
