<p>Rooster goes to the Doctor is a very fascinating story of a brave Great Pyrenees dog. Rooster along with his sister Virginia and two older great Pyrenees dogs protect a large herd of goats at Horseshoe Ridge Farms. Together they keep the goats safe by scaring off would be predators such as coyotes. Rooster even protected them from a bear attack and saved his sister as the bear attacked her! You can read about that in the book Virginia Fights a Bear. But one day Rooster had to go to the doctor and he was terrified.He became a different dog. Read about how Rooster's bravery transformed when he was taken off the farm and out of his normal environment and what happened when he returned to the farm.     </p>
