ANNE OF AVONLEA

Following Anne of Green Gables Anne is sixteen now almost grown. In the years since she arrived at Green Gables as a freckle-faced orphan with exuberant grey eyes red hair and peppery temper she has earned the love of the people of Avonlea. Anne is about to start her first term teaching at the Avonlea school although she will still continue her studies at home with Gilbert who is teaching at the nearby White Sands School.
