Stephen Southern is Professor and Chair in the Department of Psychology and Counseling at Mississippi College. Dr. Southern has integrated roles of clinician supervisor consultant administrator and educator. He has designed implemented and evaluated treatment programs for individuals couples and families including those recovering from addiction. He has planned and organized mental health treatment programs for adult and juvenile offenders as well. Southern is past editor of the Journal of Addictions & Offender Counseling. Katherine L. Hilton is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychology and Counseling at Mississippi College. Dr. Hilton served for two years as the editorial assistant for the Journal of Addictions & Offender Counseling.
