The objective of this study was desigend to investigate the antibacterial activity potential of the oleo-gum resins extracts from two plants used in Arabian and Sudanese traditional medicine namely: Commifora molmol and Boswellia papyrifera against different pathogenic bacterial including MRSA. Beside the assessment of the potential hazards and toxicity of the resins of these medicinal plants using rats as an experimental animal. Also phytochemical analysis of these plants were demonestrated and protien profile of some treated microorgainsms were evaluated.these plants are a promising source for new natural and effective antibacterial agents.
