Natural products in the form of plant extracts are a rich cultural heritage and are an alternative solution to public health problems and therefore are currently the subject of scientific research to ensure the technological quality therapeutic efficacy and safety of the same as part of its characterization tests are performed to determine the antibacterial and antifungal biological activity.
