I discuss the prevalence of anxiety disorders in women in vulnerable situations in a Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS) in the interior of the state of Pará through the verification of grievances in women's health related to pathological anxiety as well as the prevalence of these related to vulnerability. I verify the relationship between social vulnerabilities and anxiety where the first directly affects the second as well as alternatives for coping beyond drug therapy in an attempt to dialogue with these women about their experiences and realities identifying and intervening in situations of vulnerability.
