Back in 2007 when Generalized Anxiety Disorder hurled Tiffany into it she got up brushed off the dirt and searched for someone to help her navigate her new reality. While her therapist and doctor were God-sends they couldn't relate to the ways her disorder clouded her spirituality. They didn't have testimonies that could reassure her or give her hope. They hadn't endured the sting of stigma from friends at church. So Tiffany ended up wandering through the chaos for over a decade alone with Jesus. He was enough but it was hard.
