Apology to Gen Zee

This collection of poems An Apology to Gen Zee: The Green Plea was born out of an urgency-an urgency to voice the grief of our planet the responsibilities of our generation and the hope entrusted to the youth who will inherit the Earth. Each poem in this series is both a lament and a call: a lament for the forests cut and burnt the rivers poisoned the skies choked; and a call for action-to plant trees shift to renewables to cleanse waters to protect biodiversity to ensure food justice and to live in balance with nature.
