Application of PRMPs in agriculture and biological control

About The Book

The use of pesticides remains expensive inefficient and has a negative impact on the ecology and consequently on the natural balance. Faced with such a situation the implementation of a national and local strategy to which producers nurserymen professional associations local authorities and researchers adhere becomes an unavoidable choice. This leads us to organic agriculture which is the most promising technique with the lowest environmental impact. The present thesis is part of this dynamic with the following objectives: 1/ molecular identification of PGPR (plant growth promoting rhizobacteria) strains; 2/ study of the stimulating effect of some PGPR antagonistic strains on the growth parameters of different crops under salt stress;3/ the study of their mode of action in vitro and their protective effect against Clavibacter michiganensis subsp michiganensis agent of bacterial canker of tomato.
