Appraisal of Yoga Practices for Fitness of Teenagers

As the industrialization and urbanization is growing slums are continuing to increase by leaps and bounds and the housing is worsening due to arrival of rural population into urban areas to hunt for some means of continuation of livelihood they are not able to find a dwelling place. Most of the residential places have no civic facilities like water supply drainage roads transport etc. These conditions lead too many social evils and health problems in the slum areas. Moreover slum dwellers face unhygienic environmental conditions social economic health educational and cultural problems. The children residing in the slum area pose a serious threat to their current health and future prospects. As the most fragile members of society they are most vulnerable to disease and environmental stress; their long-term well-being depends on the sustained ability of the Earth's resources to support this still expanding population.
