Art History of a new genre

But today we know that it wasn't just one man the brilliant cave painter who created the decorations in prehistoric caves but groups of artists most of them women. We know that a so-called grand master was never more than a studio owner and that wives and pupils were in reality real artists masked by the hypocrisy of their times. The Renaissance and all other eras abounded in extraordinary pictoresses! The time has come to dispel many preconceived ideas about art history.</p>
