Artificial Intelligence Development

The basic principles and parameters of human intellect functioning including the organization of memory the order of processing incoming information and technological scheme of decision making are established. Considering the anthropological principle as a limitation of the scale of human intellect proposals for the development of artificial intelligence which in its parameters may exceed the human intellect are formulated. Conducted research and developed proposals provide an opportunity to significantly increase the productivity of intellectual systems both in the field of practical applications and in terms of expansion and modernization of the entire field of scientific knowledge formed to date.
