<p>Ashes of the Soul tells the story of a boy trying to wake up in a society where everything is run by machines and manipulative algorithms. Everyone&rsquo;s always online always distracted&mdash;and no one really knows what&rsquo;s real anymore.</p><p>The boy is addicted to smoking&mdash;not just the smoke but the feeling it gives. It calms his mind helps him escape. But deep inside he knows something is wrong. His thoughts are cloudy his feelings don&rsquo;t feel like his own and the world around him feels more like a game than real life.</p><p>This is his fight&mdash;to break free from his addiction and from the Matrix-like system that keeps people asleep. In a world built to keep him numb will he learn to feel&mdash;or fade into the smoke like he was never there at all?</p>
