The objective of this textbook is to shed light on the prominent role of academic leadership positions in public higher education institutions of Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) of Iraq. We all know that these institutions are the most prominent instruments devoted for mankind development and prosperity. Academic strategic leaderships are considered the most precious human capital that actuate mankind into developed societies through the discovery preservation dissemination and application of scientific knowledge. Evidently such leaders must be highly qualified and trained to achieve this kind of human transformation.
