Cricket a globally popular sport is inherently high-risk particularly for fast bowlers who face a heightened risk of low back injuries. The nature of fast bowling involves significant physical strain with cricketers experiencing vertical and horizontal ground reaction forces that can be as much as 5-6 times their body mass. This intense physical activity leads to increased lumbar shear stress up to 40-50 times that experienced during running which emphasizes the need to study and understand the underlying factors contributing to these injuries. This study aims to assess lumbopelvic stability (LPS) in adolescent fast bowlers. This was achieved using two specific tests: the dip test and the Stabilizer Pressure Biofeedback (SPB) unit. These tools were chosen to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the LPS which is critical for the performance and injury prevention of fast bowlers.
