Assessment of Pedagogical Skills of Trainee Teachers in Nigeria

The teachers’ role in the implementation of primary education programme cannot be over-emphasized. Pre-service teachers acquire professional skills during training. The extent to which students in Nigerian Colleges of Education (COEs) display pedagogical skills and competencies need to be ascertained. This book is a research conducted to assess pre-teachers'' pedagogical skills in preparation for teaching as a profession in Nigeria primary schools.
