Assessment of the Nutritional Status of Syrian Refugees in Lebanon

Food insecurity is a challenging matter for Syrian refugees in Lebanon due to their exhausted savings and assets. This book critically examines the nutritional status of Syrian refugees living in Lebanon especially vulnerable groups such as children pregnant and lactating women identifies some of the factors likely to undermine their nutritional status and therefore makes recommendations to practitioners and policy makers for an effective nutritional management and long-term food security of Syrian refugees in Lebanon.
