An analytical cross sectional study was undertaken with an objective to study the association of leg heel alignment tibial torsion Q-angle in bilateral lower limbs with normal weightoverweight and obese women aged 35 to 45 years. Participants were selected as per the set inclusion criteriaand were classified on the basis of their BMI (kg/m2) in three groups.The results obtained showed significant increase in the Q-angle tibial torsion and leg heel alignment in the overweight and obese women as compared to normal weight women. The study concludes that there was a significant association in terms of correlation between Q-angle tibial torsion and leg heel alignment with BMI in normal weight overweight and obese women.
